Renee Donaghey


Music

Since completing a Bachelor of Music in Classical voice performance in 1999, she diversified and began appearing with many local bands from reggae to funk and prog rock to jazz, both live and in the studio. After teaching herself guitar, she began writing songs and eventually formed original acoustic duo SUITE in 2000 and original funk band SPACEJUNK in 2001, appearing at festivals, Adelaide venues and corporate functions. Renee has also been in demand as a backing vocalist for acts such as ELVIS TO THE MAX and the AUSTRALIAN ELVIS SHOW. She joined THE RANGE ROVERS in 2003 as co-front/guitarist. Currently splitting her time between performing, writing and teaching.
